Shotley Kidzone announced as Learning Herd champs

Norman Lloyd and Claire Jennings, from the Elmer team, with Therasa Butcher from Shotley Kidzone
A big well done to Suffolk pre-school, Shotley Kidzone who won the competition for a big blank Elmer by raising in excess of £1,000 for Elmer’s Big Parade Suffolk!
Staff, children, parents and local businesses all played their part in fundraising, carrying out a sponsored walk, raffle and making donations throughout their involvement in the campaign.
Elmer team representatives visited the pre-school to award their large blank Elmer sculpture in recognition of them raising the most money per student for the campaign. It is now up to the pre-school to decide how they would like to decorate this new, bigger sculpture, to keep alongside their own Learning Herd young Elmer, Unique, which has also returned home.
