Elmer’s Big Art Parades

In 2019 Wild in Art are turning the country patchwork by bringing Elmer’s Big Art Parades to Suffolk, Plymouth and Tyne and Wear.


Elmer’s Big Art Parades are brought to you by Wild in Art in partnership with Andersen Press in support of St Elizabeth Hospice, St Luke’s Hospice and St Oswald’s Hospice.

Elmer arrives at Elephant & Castle, London Community groups in and around London’s Elephant Park have created a special art trail for Elmer's 30th birthday. Together with professional artists they have designed 10 Elmer sculptures. On display until 27 October 2019, the sculptures celebrate Elephant & Castle and its people. Elmer’s Big Parade Suffolk – in support of St Elizabeth Hospice From June to September 2019, Ipswich is set to play host to an even bigger and better art trail than when the pigs went wild; this time featuring 55 individually designed elephants based on the much loved children’s character, Elmer the patchwork elephant.
